Our system provides the maximum protection for safeguarding money held by our firm for principle, interest, taxes, insurance and other purposes.

Individual escrow accounts are established for monies held for each investor. Investor accounts are not co-mingled. The account is available for inspection by the investor and a complete accounting made each month according to the terms of our servicing agreement.

For local investors, primarily banks, it is our policy to have the investor's servicing account located at their institution.

Our philosophy is that we do not service loans, we service our investors.
